PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We ship from Sydney, NSW. Depending on where you live, it should take no more than 5-7 business days to receive your lashes. We currently do not offer express postage, or next day delivery. However we do offer tracking and parcel post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge a flat rate of $25 for all international orders. We use standard Australia Post International post that has a 5-30 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.
All Taxes and Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of order. Taxes and Customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We would suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email sales@ladybosslashes.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Lady Boss Lashes reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10.00 for Standard shipping for Australian orders and $25 for international orders.
A post of $10.00 for tracking and $15.00 for Parcel Post for all shipping on Australian orders. We offer free shipping over $100 in Australia and $150 for international orders this includes the cost of purchased items only and excludes the cost of shipping.
Please bear in mind although we try our best to ship within 24 hours of placing your order our peak periods are generally leading up to Christmas,New Year and Easter (November, December, March and April). It’s best to place your order at least a week or two prior as there are delays in shipments during the mentioned periods.
BACK ORDERS/OUT OF STOCK
Lady Boss Lashes keeps a substantial amount of stock in most designs. However, in a rare occasion, we might have some products that are “out-of-stock” due to shipment delay from supplier. If this occurs we will ensure to update you as soon as possible.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, so please choose carefully.
